About this agency
What kind of agency is this?
This is a web design agency that works only with manufacturers, industrial distributors, machine builders and industrial service firms. It builds websites around capability data rather than around brand narrative, and it measures itself on RFQ volume and quoted value rather than on sessions or keyword rankings.
Why only manufacturers
Specialisation here is not positioning. An industrial website fails in ways a general agency has no reason to recognise: a tolerance table cut for visual cleanliness, a specification buried in a PDF, an RFQ form reduced to a contact form because it tested better on a consumer site.
Each of those decisions is defensible in general and wrong in this sector, and none of them look like mistakes at review. Knowing that a first article inspection, an estimated annual usage figure and a Nadcap scope are the things a buyer is actually checking for is the whole of the difference.
What we do differently
Three things, and all three are visible on this site rather than asserted about it.
Capability data is the content, not the supporting detail
Equipment, envelopes, tolerances, materials and certifications go on the page as tables, because that is what a buyer qualifies against. A site that summarises them into a paragraph about commitment to quality has removed the only thing on the page an engineer came for.
The RFQ is designed with the people who quote
Field sets are agreed with whoever prices the work, not with marketing, because they are the ones who deal with an unqualified enquiry. Every required field is a deliberate trade between qualification and abandonment.
Measurement is on quoted value, not traffic
Ten RFQs from job shops are worth less than one from a Tier 1 supplier. Reporting that treats them as ten and one is measuring the wrong thing, so attribution is built to carry the landing page and referrer through to whatever the quote is eventually worth.
What we will not do
These are checkable. Every one of them can be tested against the pages on this site, which is the point: a refusal is verifiable in a way a claim is not.
| We will not | How you can check |
|---|---|
| Publish a capability figure the shop has not confirmed | Ask who signed off each tolerance on any site we have built |
| Present a hypothetical build as client work | Every reference build on this site is labelled as one, on the card and on the page |
| Quote a price before scope is established | There is no price list on this site, and the reason is written on the pricing page |
| Put specifications only in a PDF | Every specification here exists as HTML text in a captioned table |
| Show a facility we have never visited and let it read as ours | Any photograph here is licensed and captioned as licensed; we work remotely and claim no plant access |
| Write regulatory guidance without review | Compliance sections are marked for legal review rather than confidently drafted |
| Name a client without written permission | No company name appears anywhere on this site |
How we work with you
We work remotely. We do not visit client facilities, and there is no onsite option by arrangement. Discovery, capability confirmation and review all happen over calls and shared documents, with whoever quotes and whoever runs the machines.
The practical effect is that no travel cost sits in the project and no stage waits on a date when a plant and a photographer are both free. What it does not do is replace being there, and where a project genuinely needs plant photography, that is a gap you would need to fill on your side.
The method, in detail
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with anyone outside manufacturing?
No. The method depends on knowing what an industrial buyer checks before contacting a supplier, and that knowledge does not transfer to a sector where the buying process is different. Working outside it would make the specialisation a claim rather than a fact.
How do you measure whether the work succeeded?
RFQ volume, RFQ quality and quoted value, attributed to the pages that produced them. Sessions and rankings are diagnostic rather than the objective: a page can rank first and produce nothing, and that is a failure however good the position looks.
What if we already have an agency?
Most of the useful changes on a manufacturing website are content and intake rather than design, and both can be done alongside an existing agency relationship. A rebuild is worth considering only when the page structure no longer matches what the shop sells.
